Well I have been gone for a long time from blogging but I'm back!
It has been on my heart for a long time to start writing again, and it has been on my mind to start writing a book, and this week I have started both.
Saturday morning I started writing my book and I'm a little over 21,000 words in. An adult book is about 80,000 words, so after 3 days of writing, buying snow jackets for next year and going out to lunch, I'm 1/4 of the way finished. Well, I still have to figure out a way to get it published after I pour my time and energy into it, but hey, that's what Tuesdays are for.
I hope all of you have been well over these last few years and I have much to catch you up on, if you don't follow me on Facebook, so I have tons to blog about...always a good thing when you're a blogger.
So I hope you follow, sign up, log on and read old posts you may have missed, there are some good ones.
For now, I will just say, or sing, "hello my friend, hello" and welcome back.
New Blog Name, New Meredyth and lots of new content....so buckle your seat belts...I'm here and I'm ready to overshare...sorry Jim....and mom...and dad...and kids...
Oh, and the name "Your Favorite Mommy" well, that's a song I taught Brock and Emersyn and we sing it ofter around here. This is my secret way of brainwashing them. I guess not so much a secret anymore.
